Helpful Bathrooms Ltd Terms and Conditions

 

For the purpose of these terms and conditions:

 

'goods' means the goods which the Supplier is to supply.

'We' means us at

'Website' and ‘Site’ means www.helpfulbathrooms.co.uk.

‘Consumer’ refers to you. The person who acquires goods and services for his or her own personal needs.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you start to use the Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this site.

 

When you order.

When you place your order you will receive an email. Please note that we cannot fully accept your order until all stock has been checked. We reserve the right to refuse an order until goods are dispatched, upon which you will receive an additional confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil the order this will be advised to you as soon as we become aware. In this instance you will be offered three options; [1] to wait until goods become available, [2] to cancel part of or all of the order and receive a refund, [3] to change your order to an alternative of your choice.

 

We reserve the right not to accept any orders where goods are priced in error.

 

All orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)) will be processed in the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm on a working day, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be will be processed the following working day (Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)).

 

If you need to cancel

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us in writing by email to sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk before the close of business (5pm) on day of ordering (or the first working day, if ordered on a weekend or bank holiday). If the goods have been despatched you will be charged the cost of returning the goods to us, upon which time we will issue a refund to you.

 

All refunds will be made as soon as possible but are reliant on bank processes (where applicable).

 

All special orders, i.e Whirlpool Baths, cannot be cancelled once placed.

 

If you wish to collect from our Essex showroom.

Items are occasionally stored at external warehouses or held by our suppliers so please await a confirmation email from us telling you that your goods are available to collect before travelling to our showroom.

 

Please check all goods before leaving the premises as we cannot consider any claims for damages or shortfall after you have left our premises. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

When we deliver

All delivery arrangements are subject to availability of goods.

 

For large items, delivered on a pallet, the goods will be delivered as close to your front door as possible. If the delivery van/lorry is unable to reach your property for any reason (private roads, road obstructions, insufficient parking) the delivery will be made as close to your property as possible.

 

Drivers/Couriers used for any delivery arrangement are not insured to enter your property or take any goods inside. We always recommend, especially if the goods are of a large nature, that two able persons are available to meet your goods on day of delivery to take the items inside your property.

 

Delivery dates are approximate and we accept no liability whatsoever in respect of late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control.

 

If you, or an appointed representative, are not available to receive and sign for the goods upon delivery they will be returned and a redelivery fee will be chargeable.

 

Do not make fitting arrangements until you have received the goods and they have been inspected for any damage or discrepancies. Any experienced plumber would be more than happy to make a brief additional visit to check items prior to work starting. Helpful Bathrooms Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss.

 

If your goods are damaged

When your goods are delivered please check all items for damage. If damage is found to an item during delivery, please refuse the item and inform us straight away by calling one of the team or emailing us at sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk.

 

Please inspect all goods fully within 14 days. If damage is found after delivery, please inform us straight away by calling one of the team or emailing us at sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk. We may require a photograph of the damage.

 

We will despatch replacement goods as soon as possible.

 

If you wish to return something

If you change your mind, and wish to return any item(s), you have 14 days to inform us in writing by email to sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk or letter to address at the top of the page.

 

All special orders, i.e Whirlpool Baths, cannot be returned.

 

Some other items due to hygienic reasons, i.e. Toilet Seats, cannot be returned.

 

All collection fees will be advised prior to collection taking place.

 

When we receive the returned goods we will refund your payment (minus any collection fees) as soon as possible, but all refunds are reliant on bank processes (where applicable)

 

We reserve the right to claim for damages if returned goods are not fit for re-sale.

 

 

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. By using the website, you agree that we have no obligation to inform you of any of these changes, either before or after the changes have been made.

 

Any stock information shown on the site is updated daily so should only be used a guide. We will make every effort to fulfil order of goods but we cannot be made liable for any errors that may occur with stock. Any shortfall will be advised as soon as we become aware.

 

Price and availability is subject to change without notice.
