Delivery & Returns

Delivery Prices and Returns information. 

For all orders over £1000 you will receive a free delivery option at the checkout. 

Anything under this amount we charge a flat £20.00 for all mainland UK areas. If you are unsure how much your delivery would be or have any other questions please do not hesitate to call us for more information on 01702 477707 or email us on info@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk

If you need to cancel

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us in writing by email to sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk before the close of business (5pm) on day of ordering (or the first working day, if ordered on a weekend or bank holiday). If the goods have been despatched you will be charged the cost of returning the goods to us, upon which time we will issue a refund to you. 

All refunds will be made as soon as possible but are reliant on bank processes (where applicable).

All special orders, i.e Whirlpool Baths, cannot be cancelled once placed.

If your goods are damaged

When your goods are delivered please check all items for damage. If damage is found to an item during delivery, please refuse the item and inform us straight away by calling one of the team or emailing us at sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk. 

Please inspect all goods fully within 14 days. If damage is found after delivery, please inform us straight away by calling one of the team or emailing us at sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk. We may require a photograph of the damage.

We will despatch replacement goods as soon as possible.

If you wish to return something

If you change your mind, and wish to return any item(s), you have 14 days to inform us in writing by email to sales@helpfulbathrooms.co.uk or letter to address at the top of the page.

All special orders, i.e Whirlpool Baths, cannot be returned.

Some other items due to hygienic reasons, i.e. Toilet Seats, cannot be returned.

All collection fees will be advised prior to collection taking place.
